Website terms

These terms apply to your use of ringmasters.ai. Services for Clients are provided under a separate written service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

• Content on this site, including demos, sample dashboards and estimates, is for illustration. Demos use simulated data. The missed-revenue calculator is an estimate based on the numbers you enter and is not a promise of results.
• Don't misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with its operation.
• The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Ringmasters isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

SMS Terms

Program: Ringmasters sends text messages on behalf of home-service businesses ("Clients") to people who contact those businesses, for example by submitting a form, calling or texting. Messages relate to your request: answering questions, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders.

• Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Some messages are written by an automated assistant. You can ask for a person at any time.

Booked-appointment guarantee terms

For new Clients on Ringmasters Growth: if Ringmasters does not deliver at least 5 Qualified Booked Appointments during the Client's first 30 days of live service, the Client's next month of Ringmasters management fees is waived. The written service agreement controls if it differs from this summary.

What counts as a Qualified Booked Appointment

An appointment that:

1. was booked through the Ringmasters system, by the AI assistant or from a lead or conversation generated by Ringmasters;
2. is for a real person or household who requested a service the Client offers, at an address inside the Client's defined service area;
3. is scheduled during the Client's posted availability; and
4. is not a duplicate of another appointment for the same customer and job, a test, a booking by the Client or its staff for themselves, or a booking the customer cancels within 2 hours of making it.

Appointments the customer later cancels or misses still count when they otherwise qualify, since the opportunity was delivered to the Client.

Conditions

• Ad spend: at least $1,000 in qualified Meta advertising spend during the 30-day period, paid by the Client directly to Meta, in campaigns run by Ringmasters.
• Availability: the Client keeps enough open appointment availability on the connected calendar (at least 15 bookable hours per week) and keeps the calendar current.
• Cooperation: the Client completes onboarding, provides accurate business information, keeps automation turned on, approves ads in a timely way, and responds to conversations handed to its team within one business day.
• Service area and offer: the Client serves the agreed geographic area and honors the offer used in the ads.
• Measurement: the 30-day period begins when ads first go live and automated follow-up is active. Ringmasters' booking records are used to count appointments, and the Client may review them.
• Remedy: waiver of the next month's Ringmasters management fee is the sole remedy. It does not cover ad spend, setup fees, or third-party costs.
• Eligibility: one guarantee per Client business. Ringmasters may decline the guarantee in cases of abuse, such as artificially limiting availability, interfering with campaigns, or cancelling appointments to avoid them counting.

Founding partner offer

Available to the first five qualifying home-service businesses in the Spokane area that sign a Ringmasters Growth agreement. Founding partners have the $1,000 setup fee waived and keep their monthly rate for as long as their service continues without interruption. Limited to one founding partner per trade per defined service area. Ringmasters decides eligibility and the offer is confirmed in the written agreement.
